| 2003 | Graduate Institute of Rural Culture renamed Graduate Institute of Taiwan Culture. |

Department of Social Science Education established Department of Culture and Natural Resources and Department of Public Administration and Management. Found Master Class of Culture and Natural Resources Management Group. (Daytime department) |

Department of Culture and Natural Resources Master's Program renamed Department of Cultural Tourism Resources Master's Program. Graduate Institute of Taiwan Culture merged and renamed Department of Taiwan Culture Master's Program (Daytime department) and Master's Program of Taiwan Culture for In-Service Adults.(Night department) |
